TERMS & CONDITIONS

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers and agreements between RNB Special Tours and the client by placing a booking through our website.

01. The below are the meeting points for each type of transfer:
Arrival Meeting point: Once you have collected your luggage, a staff member will be waiting for you at the arrival hall holding a sign board with the guest's name on it.
Departure Meeting point: You will be picked up at the main lobby of the hotel.
Any other meeting points, the driver will inform to the guest of the whereabouts he will pick up or the guest may require a specific meeting point.
02. Tips to the drivers are not necessary, they can be given at your own will.
03. Please note that any amendment / changes has to be notified to the company ( RNB Special Tours ) directly by e-mail and not to the coordinator & Driver.
04. Unless otherwise mentioned, waiting time at International flights is 90 min, Domestic flights is 60 min and departure transfer is 30 min at hotel after the actual arrival time. After this time, the vehicle will be released.
05. IMPORTANT ​Please note our full day rates are only valid if the service is used within the city. If the guest has used the car and go outside of the city, there will be extra charges depending on the distance.
06. If your flight is delayed, we will check the flight information in advance and adjust your pick up time accordingly. In the case of connecting flights, please note that we are only able to check the flight details printed on this voucher.
07. IMPORTANT If your Pick up/ Drop off details change, you must amend your booking immediately.
08. Agent has to cover any extra fees if they take any extra transfers other than the original booking.
09. If you are unable to locate your driver for any reason, it is your responsibility to call the number shown on your voucher information sheet for assistance, before making alternative arrangements.
10. If travelling with babies/infants, you are responsible for bringing them with you, and fitting the correct baby/infant seat for use in your vehicle. Failure to do this could result in your service not taking place with no refund possible.
11. Once vehicle is confirmed, you can cancel the service before 3 hrs free of charge only for airport transfers within the city in KSA, if canceled less than 3 hrs, 100% service will be charged.
Any other transfers such as full day or international transfers, we need the cancellation at least 24 hours before.
12. IMPORTANT Guest contact number is compulsory for the driver to contact the guest. In case you need to contact our emergency number for any other reasons, you may call +966 56 022 2281.
